On Tuesday, parents were in for a treat as the students took the “stage” for their White Belt Ceremony. During the ceremony, new students earned their first belt and returning students either earned a yellow stripe or a yellow belt depending on how many classes they have completed. For the first time this year, parents were asked to participate and become involved in the Martial Arts demonstration. As shown in the two photos above, parents assisted the students as they demonstrated their kicks and punches.

Another highlight of the day was watching individual students lead the group and act as the teacher! Various students were selected and you could tell by their faces how happy they were to be granted the opportunity.

Thank you to our awesome students for a great year in Martial Arts. Without their determination to be great, the class would not have been possible. Have a fun and relaxing summer.
