Junior Outdoor Leadership

Students participating in the Fall Junior Outdoor Leadership class took part in a team building activity called “pick and choose.” All of the children were on the same team – some played the role of “throwers” and tried to get objects into a busker for points, and others were “retrievers” – responsible for getting objects back to their teammates so they could throw them again. During this weeks Vacation Camp days, students participated in multiple fall activities, including pumpkin bowling and mummy races. Students were also very hands-on and made edible acorns as well as Q-tip trees. Our campus-wide scavenger hunt, held for the older kids, was a huge hit… they enjoyed a fun and friendly competition!
