Field Days Are the BEST Days!

Spring is upon us! What better way to celebrate the end of winter than by being active and participating in a variety of fun-filled activities? This is exactly what we did on Monday, March 30th. All students (PreK-5th) were mixed together and divided into three teams: Blue, Green and Red. Throughout the day, students competed against opposing teams in multiple games. Take a look below to see what went on!

Our first activity was called “Musical Balloons.” Students passed their balloon as the music played until the music stopped…

… then it was a race between teams to see who could sit and pop their balloon first!

For another part of the crabwalk relay, students had to bounce a tennis ball and place it in the bucket.

It was great to be outside in the nice weather for part of our day! Here, students soaked their sponge in water, ran to the other side of the turf and filled a milk carton with water by squeezing their sponge. Take a look below…

All in all, this was the perfect vacation camp to end Spring Break but START Spring! We hope everyone had a relaxing and restful break.
